Yes, cancellation is free up to 14 days before your planned arrival date.

Yes. Book directly on our website: if you book more than 15 days before arrival, only the first night is paid by card, and the rest of your stay (other nights, extras, tourist tax) can be paid on site with chèques-vacances. Less than 15 days before arrival, call us before the payment step: we simply place a hold on your card (without charging it) and you pay everything on site with chèques-vacances.

Don’t worry! Call us on +33 4 68 41 53 19 before you arrive and we will find a solution together. You can also knock on the door: if we are available, we will be happy to let you in.

Breakfast (when you book direct), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a private shower room and WC, comfortable bedding, shower gel and shampoo, a hairdryer and toiletries.

Just like in a hotel: the bed linen is washed by a professional laundry and your room is carefully prepared for your arrival. All you have to do is enjoy your stay.

Yes: an iron and ironing board are available on request at reception, and you can use our washing machine (price on request).

Please don’t eat in your room. The dining room and lounge are there for you, that’s what they are for!

Because of allergies, we are unfortunately unable to accept pets, even small ones.

Yes, on request, from 8 am: perfect for being at the Réserve Africaine when it opens. Just let us know the day before.

With pleasure! Our “La Réserve” picnic includes a sandwich, a piece of fruit and a drink, for €9.50. Order it when you arrive at the latest.

Yes, there are two Révéo charging points on Place du Vieux Sigean, very close to the house, and two more on Place de l’Octroi.

We can keep a few bikes safe overnight. Space is limited, so please contact us when you book to check availability.

Yes. Port-la-Nouvelle station is 10 minutes away: the bus takes you to Sigean for €1–2 (about €15 by taxi). From Narbonne station, it is €2 by bus or about €40 by taxi. The village is then easy to explore on foot. All the routes are on our Getting here page.

A full day: a safari by car when the park opens, a walk and a picnic, then a second drive at the end of the day to see the animals that were asleep in the morning. All our tips are in our guide.

The Réserve’s giant lantern festival, after dark, every winter: in 2026–2027, from 25 October to 17 January. Bring warm clothes! More information in our guide.

The long sandy beach of Port-la-Nouvelle, a 10-minute drive away, with lifeguards in summer. 20 minutes away, La Franqui beach is a paradise for kitesurfing and windsurfing: every April it hosts the Festival Mondial du Vent (World Wind Festival), a spectacle not to be missed!
